KORN Seek Fans For TV Spot

"KORN fans — if you're in Los Angeles, we need you to take part in a special project for KORN's 'Greatest Hits'. To advertise the Oct. 5 release, KORN is looking for fans willing to share with the world their personal stories about what KORN means to them. Did listening to KORN help you through a troubling time? Did KORN help you connect with someone important? Did KORN inspire you to be who you are today? If you would like to share your story with the world in a TV spot for KORN's 'Greatest Hits' — send us a brief e-mail describing what KORN helped you to do: [email protected].
"You need to be in the Los Angeles area and be at least 18 years old. (If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian to accompany you and grant permission for appearing on film). We plan on taping these ads next week — so tell us your story asap!"
In addition to such favorites as "A.D.I.D.A.S.", "Falling Away From Me" and "Here To Stay", KORN's "best of" collection, "Greatest Hits Vol. 1", will include covers of CAMEO's 1986 top 10 hit "Word Up" and PINK FLOYD's "Another Brick in the Wall, Parts 1, 2, 3". "Word Up" is the first single from "Greatest Hits Vol. 1".
A limited-edition version of "Greatest Hits, Vol. 1" will be released alongside the standard version of the album. The limited-edition disc comes with a DVD capturing the band's concert at New York's CBGBs last November.
